St. Patrick's Day Party

We had a big staff St. Patrick’s Day Party today after school hosted by the Walsh’s; Frank our upper school principal and Jane our librarian. They are both part Irish and have held a large St. Patrick’s Day party for most of their married years together; even the 15 they have spend in other countries. Frank made corn beef and cabbage. He makes his corn beef from scratch every year which includes soaking it in brine for 21 days. It was quite delicious. And of course we partook in green beer. A good time was had by all!
